Newtons 3rd law
Memory of that one time when I faced total fog at the sea. The obscure wall of fog was penetrating everything around it. The illuminated boundary of the water and the boat had submerged into one another, and I felt like stepping into the void. I didn’t.

The exhibition consists of oil and silk paintings and sculptures made of eggshells. The observations of the mundane, memories and images awakening from the subconsciousness have been the beginnings of the works. During the process I’ve searched for space between visible and invisible, stillness and movement, chaos and order, self and other. For me the essential features of painting are the presence and feel of the material elements. The art works were made in 2021, partially together, overlapping and in dialogue with each other. Together they create a suggestion of a world for the viewer to experience.
