Ski tickets and prices

Ski Season estimated start is in November and estimated end is in early May. We reserve the right to alter the ski lift and slope opening hours due to weather conditions and other factors. See Ski area map for currently open slopes and lifts.

Buy Ski Passes

During the skiing season Ski Passes are sold in Ylläs Ski Resort Äkäslompolo ticket office and Sport Resort Ylläs ticket office. You can also buy ski passes from Lapland Hotels Saaga, Lapland Hotels Äkäshotelli and Lapland Hotels Ylläskaltio.

Keycard is not included in ticket rates (except in Gondola Tour). Keycard costs 7€.

Cheaper tickets for children under 12 and persons who are over 65 years old or retired.

Children under 6 years old ski for free with a parent and wearing a ski helmet.

General information

All ticket types are loaded into SkiData Keycard, which can be re-used. The Ylläs Keycards are valid for all ski resorts which are using the SkiData system. The Keycard is not included in ticket prices.

Ski passes starts on the day of purchase, if nothing else agreed.

Several day ski passes must be used on consecutive days, except Super Ski Passes and 5/7 Day Ski Pass.

Family discount

When two adults purchase 6–10 day ski passes, we grant a 30% discount for children's (age 6-17 years) tickets.

Area ticket aka Ski Pass + Ylläs Ski Bus ticket

Ylläs Area Tickets includes Ski Pass and unlimited use for the Ylläs Ski Bus. Area Tickets are loaded into a Keycard. In addition to the ski resort ticket offices, area tickets are sold at Lapland Hotel Äkäshotelli, Lapland Hotel Ylläskaltio and Lapland Hotel Saaga.

• 1-5 day tickets: ski pass + 4€/day.
• 6-14 day tickets: ski pass + 24€.
• Ski Bus ticket is always included in season pass and in company tickets.
• Children under 6 travel on the Ylläs Ski Bus for free.

Group discounts

We provide group discounts to groups consisting of at least 15 paying customers. Group and school price lists can be ordered via e-mail from info@iso-yllas.fi or yllas-ski@laplandhotels.com.

Online ski pass store

Buy your ski passes in advance from Ylläs online store. Choose the starting date and validity of the ski pass. The minimum validity for a ski pass bought from the online store is three hours. The price of the ski pass is defined according to the starting date season.

All ski passes are coded to an electronic KeyCard which can be loaded multiple times. Ski passes bought from the online store can be loaded to an existing KeyCard if the serial number on the back of the KeyCard starts with 01, 25 or 30. If you already have a valid KeyCard, you will not need to visit the ticket office. After purchasing a ticket in our online store, you can go straight to the lifts on the first day of your ski pass.

You can also buy a KeyCard with a ski pass at the online store, and pick it up from the ski resort's ticket machine using  your QR code on your email or pdf receipt.

Payment services by Paytrail Oyj (FI21228397) in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit providers. Payment functions as any web payment.

Group discounts and company tickets are not available at the online store. Sport benefit coupons are not a payment option at the online store.

Terms and conditions

Tickets purchased from the ticket offices or the Online ticket shop are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Ski lift tickets are personal (excl. company tickets).
• Ski passes misuse will result in immediate cancellation of the ticket.
• Once the tickets are bought, they cannot be changed or cancelled except in case of illness, with a medical certificate. In case of illness, at least 1/3 of the ticket must be unused.
