Sauna and swimming

Finnish sauna is memorable and unique experience. Warm (not necessarily hot!), moist and steamy sauna heals mind and body - especially during Finland's long, cold (up to -40 c) and dark winter (no sun at all during Polar Night in December-January). But once the Finns got in to sauna sure they enjoy bathing in it during the summer too, be it midsummer party or hiking out in the wilderness. Swimming and ice swimming in pure lakes and rivers is very tempting combination with the sauna.

Have a sauna, relax and fell purified.
