Our hotel restaurants make you dance every night during the spring and autumn season – at the best with two bands playing without a pause. Let your skirt swing in the rhythm of summer weekend nights on the Pirtukirkko dance floor. The entrance fee to the dance restaurants is included in the price of accommodation in Äkäshotelli and Ylläskaltio (excluding Ylläs Jazz & Blues).
Add some zest to your conference day by selecting from treatments of Hotel Äkäshotelli Feelgood Centre or outdoor activities at Ylläs. There is a network of skiing trails that starts behind the hotel and in the snowless season you can go for a Nordic walk on variable trails zigzagging at the fell. We provide meeting rooms for 4 to 20 persons and an auditorium which is suitable for meetings with up to 120 persons.
Our well equipped holiday apartments (38–59 m2) are located in the hotel courtyard. The apartments include 1 to 2 bedrooms, a sauna and a part of the apartments has a loft bed. Our log villas for 2 to 3 persons are located in the proximity of the hotel. The villas include a sauna and a fireplace.
In addition to exercising and gym, we provide you pleasures of sauna and pool, cosmetologist services and exotic Lappish indigenous medicine treatments. You can also ask for personal exercise plans and instruction in gym for groups to be booked in advance.

Not many people have had a chance to experience meetings held in a place located near the tree line. The six different conference rooms of our conference centre provide great views, easiness and effectiveness for meetings with up to 100 persons. After meetings, you can enjoy heat of our charter sauna. High-quality apartments for up to nine persons, sauna department and fell spa make the most of your meeting.

We set the table in the sauna's comfortable and cozy fireplace room with drinks and delicacies from Lapland as requested for the occasion. The smoke sauna area is covered by our beverage licence, which due to Finnish regulations means that the catering must be agreed upon ahead of time.

The snowmobile trails to Yllas starts just on the yard of LappeanLohi and to other distance you can cross the border to Sweden. You also can start your trip from Yllas and overnight in LappeanLohi.
