Take a walk to the Wizzards Hut!

Starting from the village of Äkäslompolo you head out past Lapp Village, continuing along the snowy road you will join the nature trail on your right hands side, signposted for Velhon Kota.

The nature trail will take you initially alongside the cross country trail, and then through the quiet white forest , before bringing you out at Velhon Kota where you can enjoy warm drinks and snacks.

Be sure to keep your eyes peeled on your journey as you are bound to see some interesting sites, maybe even some wild reindeer or hares.
